Returnless refund is offered on a small set of return reasons where the cost of reverse-shipping is higher than the item's value. You'll see the option on the return start screen — if it's offered, the field is pre-selected.
When it's offered
- Low-value items (typically under ₹500) with a verifiable defect.
- Damaged-on-arrival cases where photos clearly show the issue.
- Misprints, the wrong-size variant, or missing accessories on inexpensive bundles.
What to do with the item
Keep, donate, or recycle responsibly. We don't ask for it back. We may decline returnless refund if we see repeat patterns from the same account — in those cases we'll do a normal pickup-and-refund flow.
