These Terms of Service govern your use of our storefront and the orders you place with us. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our storefront, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and not barred from receiving services under any applicable law, to use the storefront.
You can browse and place orders as a guest. To save addresses, track orders, redeem store credit or buy gift cards you will need to sign in. We use a passwordless one-time-password (OTP) login: you provide a mobile number, we send a code, you enter it. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, email address and devices secure, and for any activity on your account.
Pricing, taxes and availability
All prices on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tax-included pricing is shown on the product page, the bag and on the final order summary at checkout.
We try to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors do occur. If we discover that a product is mispriced or out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you and offer to honour the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to decline orders that appear to be for resale.
Prices and product information may change at any time without notice. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional window.
Orders and contract formation
Every product page is an invitation to offer. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the listed items at the listed price, subject to these Terms. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation by email. A binding contract of sale comes into existence at that moment.
We may, in limited circumstances, decline an order — for example, if we cannot verify the payment, if the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, if we have reason to suspect fraud, or if a quoted price was a manifest error. If we decline, we will refund any payment in full to the original instrument.
Payment
We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any UPI-compliant app), debit and credit cards on the major Indian networks, net-banking from supported banks, popular wallets, EMI through partner banks, and Cash on Delivery (where available for your pin code).
We never collect or store card details ourselves. All payment information is captured by our payment processor on a PCI-DSS compliant page. By placing an order you authorise the processor to charge the stated amount and any applicable Cash on Delivery handling fee (₹49) to your selected payment instrument.
If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we may charge the same instrument again or, where that is not possible, suspend the account until the dues are settled.
Shipping and delivery
We dispatch orders from our studio in New Delhi within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery anywhere in India is free for orders over ₹2,800; below that, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout. Express delivery is available for select pin codes for an additional fee.
Delivery time depends on your pin code and the carrier; full details are in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your shipment when it arrives — if anything is missing, damaged or tampered with, raise it with us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refunds Policy and returns by the Returns & Exchanges Policy. In short: you can cancel an undispatched order for a full refund, and you can return most products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in those policies.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are sold on the storefront in fixed denominations. They are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance, are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, and can be redeemed against any single order at checkout (up to three gift cards plus one coupon). Lost or shared codes are the responsibility of the holder; once a gift card is fully redeemed it cannot be reactivated.
Promotional codes and offers
Promotional codes are valid for the period and on the products specified at the time of issue. Codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless the offer expressly says otherwise. We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time, including for a specific account if we have reason to believe the promotion is being abused.
Loyalty and store credit
Store credit issued for a return or as goodwill is held against your account. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is automatically applied at checkout when you choose to redeem it. Loyalty points earned on orders accrue per the rules of the active loyalty programme; we may expire unused points after the period stated in the programme rules.
Intellectual property
All content on the storefront — including the wordmark, logos, photography, copy, illustrations, code and the visual design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Products you buy from us are for personal use. The trade marks on our products may not be removed, altered or applied to other goods.
User-generated content
If you submit a review, photo or other content to the storefront you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and adapt that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the storefront. You confirm that the content is yours to share, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it complies with the Acceptable Use rules below.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the storefront in any way that:
- breaks any applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of any third party;
- introduces malware, harvests data, scrapes content or otherwise interferes with the operation of the storefront;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
- is intended to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
- is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and may report serious breaches to the appropriate authorities.
Disclaimers
The storefront is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the suitability of any product for a particular purpose beyond those that cannot be excluded as a matter of Indian consumer protection law. Garment colours rendered by your screen may differ marginally from the actual product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the storefront, or any single order, is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill or wasted expenditure. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the storefront will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or via a notice on the storefront. Continued use of the storefront after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
