Almost every product is returnable. A few exceptions are listed on the product page itself — usually intimates, perishable items, and final-sale promotional items.
Eligibility checklist
- Within the return window — typically 7 to 30 days from delivery, shown on the order.
- Unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Not marked as Final sale on the product page.
Special cases
- Damaged or wrong item — always returnable, even outside the window. Open within 48 hours of delivery for fastest service.
- Bundles — return the whole bundle. Component-level returns aren't supported.
- Personalised products — non-returnable unless damaged.
