Refunds are issued in two parts: we trigger the refund, then your bank or card network takes time to credit.
Our part — within 24 hours
The moment the return is approved, we trigger the refund through the same gateway you paid with. You'll get an email with a reference number.
Your bank's part
- UPI / wallets — usually instant once we trigger.
- Cards — 3 to 5 working days.
- Net banking — 5 to 7 working days.
- EMI cards — your next statement reverses the EMI; the bank handles tenure recalculation.
- COD — refunded to the bank account or UPI ID you provided when starting the return; 1 to 3 working days.
- Store credit — instant; appears in your wallet ready to spend.
