Returning is a four-step flow.
1. Start the return
Open Account → Orders → [your order] → Start return. Pick the items, a reason, and where you'd like the refund (original payment method, store credit, or a UPI ID for COD orders).
2. Choose pickup or self-ship
For most pincodes we offer a free reverse pickup. Where pickup isn't available you can ship the parcel yourself with a courier of your choice — we'll reimburse a flat amount on receipt.
3. Pack it
Use the original box if you can. Add the printed RMA slip inside (downloadable from the return summary). Tape the parcel — no need for a separate outer packaging unless the original is damaged.
4. Track and refund
Watch the return status on the same page. Once we receive and inspect the items (1–3 days), the refund triggers automatically. Banks take a further 3–5 working days to credit.
