We support two exchange paths.
Quick swap
From Account → Orders → [your order] → Start exchange, pick a different size or colour from what's currently in stock. We'll initiate the pickup of the original and ship the replacement together. No payment changes hands as long as the price is the same.
Return and reorder
If the size you want is out of stock, or you want to switch products entirely, do a return and place a fresh order. The fresh order ships immediately; the return refunds in parallel.
Price differences
Where the new variant costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference. Where it costs less, we credit the difference to the same payment method on receipt of the returned item.
