Shipping cost depends on order value, delivery zone, and the items you've ordered.
When shipping is free
- Orders above the free-shipping threshold for your zone (shown at checkout).
- If you're a loyalty member at a tier with free shipping perks.
- During promotions where shipping is included.
When you'll see a fee
- Below the threshold — you'll pay a flat zone-based fee.
- Express shipping always charges, even on otherwise-free orders.
- Cash on delivery adds a small handling fee (refunded if your COD order is cancelled before fulfilment).
Heavy / oversized items
A few products carry an additional handling fee due to volumetric weight. The fee is shown on the product page and at checkout — never as a surprise on the invoice.
