Payment failures usually mean one of three things: your bank declined the transaction, the gateway timed out, or you cancelled at the last step. Either way, no money has been taken if you didn't see a "Payment successful" page.
What to try
- Wait 30 seconds, then retry — most failures are transient.
- Check that your card has online transactions enabled (some banks require you to opt in).
- Switch to UPI or net-banking.
- Try a smaller test order first if you suspect a bank-side block.
Money debited but no order?
This usually means the gateway took the money but our order didn't complete. We auto-reconcile within 24 hours: either the order is created and confirmation arrives, or the bank reverses the debit. If neither happens, write to support with your transaction reference and we'll trace it.
