COD lets you confirm the order without paying upfront. You pay the courier when they hand over the parcel.
Eligibility
- Your pincode is COD-serviceable (we tell you at checkout).
- Order value is under the COD cap (typically ₹50,000).
- Your account has a clean COD history. Multiple unrejected COD parcels in a row may temporarily disable the option.
What you pay
The order total plus a small COD handling fee shown at checkout. Most couriers also accept UPI or card on POS at the door — ask the courier when they arrive.
Refusing a COD parcel
You can refuse at the door without penalty. The parcel comes back to us and the order auto-closes. Repeated refusals may disable COD on your account.
