Every order moves through a defined set of statuses. Here's what each one means and what (if anything) you should do.
- Pending payment
- We're waiting for the gateway to confirm. Usually clears within a few seconds; in rare cases up to two hours.
- Placed
- Confirmed and queued at the warehouse.
- Fulfilling
- Items are being picked and packed.
- Shipped
- Courier has collected it. You'll get a tracking link.
- Out for delivery
- The courier is on the route; expect a delivery attempt today.
- Delivered
- The courier marked it delivered. The return window starts here.
- Cancelled
- Either you cancelled before fulfilment, or the warehouse couldn't fulfil it.
- Returned
- Items came back and were received at the warehouse. Refund follows.
- Refunded
- The refund left our books — your bank may take 3–5 working days to credit.
