Open Account → Orders, pick the order, and click Cancel. If the button is greyed out, the order has moved past the cut-off and we can no longer cancel it from your side.
When you can cancel
- While the order is Placed or Pending payment.
- For some pincodes, also during Fulfilling — depends on courier cut-off times.
When you can't cancel
- Once it's Shipped. You'll need to refuse the parcel at delivery, or accept and start a return.
What happens after cancellation
- Prepaid orders — refund initiated within 24 hours, credited in 3–5 working days.
- COD orders — nothing to refund; the order just goes away.
- Any loyalty points or discount codes used on the order are released back to you.
