Beyond cart-wide discounts, you can also redeem points on specific rewards from Account → Loyalty → Rewards.
Reward types
- Free product — a curated item delivered with your next order.
- Discount voucher — a single-use code for a fixed amount.
- Free shipping voucher — adds to a future order.
- Tier upgrade — fast-track to the next tier for a fixed point cost.
Redemption
Click Redeem. The points are deducted immediately. Vouchers appear in Account → Wallet; free products auto-add to your cart.
Returns on rewards
Rewards are non-returnable except for damaged-on-arrival cases.
