Points stay valid as long as your account is active. We define active as: at least one order, sign-in, or wishlist update in the last 12 months.
Inactive accounts
If we see no activity for 12 months, points are flagged as at risk. We email three reminders over the next 30 days. After that, unused points are written off with a ledger entry titled "expired".
Re-activating
Sign in once and your account is active again. Points written off cannot be restored — please don't ignore the reminder emails.
Closed accounts
Closing your account immediately forfeits any remaining points. We recommend redeeming first.
