Our loyalty programme rewards you for every purchase. Points sit in your account and never expire as long as you have an active account.
Earning
- Base earn — a fixed number of points per ₹100 spent. The exact rate is shown on the loyalty home page.
- Tier multiplier — your loyalty tier multiplies the base earn rate (Bronze 1×, Silver 1.25×, Gold 1.5×, Platinum 2×).
- Bonus campaigns — occasional 2× or 3× weekends; opt-in if asked.
Burning (redeeming)
At the cart, drag the slider to choose how many points to apply. The cart shows the rupee value next to the slider — it's a fixed conversion (e.g. 1 point = ₹0.50).
When points appear
Points are pending until your order is delivered and the return window closes. After that they convert to available and are redeemable on the next order.
