Verification protects your account from typos and impostors. Until you verify, some actions (like adding payment methods) stay locked.
Email verification
We send a one-time link. Click it within 24 hours to confirm. If you don't see the email, check spam, then ask for a new link from Account → Settings.
Phone verification
The 6-digit OTP is valid for 5 minutes. After three wrong attempts the code is invalidated and you'll have to request a fresh one.
Common issues
- Wrong email/number? Edit it in Account → Settings before re-sending.
- Code never arrives? Some carriers block international SMS. Try again from a different number, or use email instead.
- Already verified once? You don't need to verify again unless you change the address.
