You can keep multiple addresses on file. Open Account → Addresses to:
- Add a new address with a friendly label like "Home" or "Office".
- Mark one as default so it's pre-selected at checkout.
- Edit any field — including pincode — except the country.
- Delete an address you no longer need.
Need to change the address on an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, open the order and pick a new address. Once a courier has picked it up, the address is locked. We can sometimes redirect via the courier — write in to support with your order number.
What we use addresses for
- Shipping the package.
- Calculating taxes and shipping cost.
- Sending the GST invoice (we copy your billing address to the invoice).
