Password rules
- At least 10 characters.
- A mix of upper-case, lower-case, and a number or symbol.
- Different from your last 5 passwords.

- Check spam.
- Make sure you used the email registered on the account.
- Wait a couple of minutes and try once more — the link is only valid for the most recent request.
