You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy → Delete account. We'll confirm the request through your email and (if 2FA is on) a second factor.
What gets deleted immediately
- Your profile (name, email, phone, addresses).
- Saved payment methods.
- Loyalty points and store credit (any unused balance is forfeited; please use it before deleting).
- Marketing preferences and the journal subscription.
What we keep
For tax and legal compliance we keep a minimum record of past orders, invoices, and refunds for the legally required retention period. These records are anonymised — your name and email are replaced with a stable hash.
Can I come back?
Yes. Sign up again with the same email; previous orders won't reattach but you'll start with a fresh account.
